2. Scope

These terms govern all interactions between you and AIAcadix, including service engagements, digital content purchases and goods transactions.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our courses, purchasing materials or using our services, you accept these terms without modification.

4. Changes to Terms

AIAcadix reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting at aiacadix.online. Continued use of our academy after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

5. Services

AIAcadix offers professional training, consultancy and implementation services related to modern AI models, generative tools and task automation. All service fees are non-refundable due to resource allocation and scheduling constraints. However, you may request a rescheduling up to 7 days before the confirmed start date. To reschedule, contact us via the contact form. If we cancel or postpone a service, you may choose a full refund of fees paid or apply your payment toward future scheduling without any additional fee.

6. Infoproducts

Our infoproducts include on-demand video courses, e-books and training materials. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the content. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of the approval date. After 14 days or if content access exceeds 20%, no refund will be issued.

7. Goods

We may offer physical materials, such as workbooks or AI toolkits. To request a goods refund, notify us within 30 days of delivery. You must send back items in original, unused condition. Shipping costs for sending back are your responsibility. Once we receive the items at our facility, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 days of receipt.
